Carroll County Circuit Court

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Carroll County Circuit Court is in charge of handling all Probates, Dissolutions, Level 1 through 5 Felonies.

Carroll County Superior Court

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Carroll Superior Court is in charge of handling:
  • All infractions 
  • Level 6 felonies
  • All criminal misdemeanors
  • All juvenile delinquencies
  • All juvenile status
  • Juvenile miscellaneous
  • All CHILD IN NEED OF SERVICES (CHINS)
  • Paternity cases or disputes prior to July 2013
  • All small claims
  • Civil cases (civil torts, civil collections, plenary, mortgage foreclosures, ordinance violations)
  • Some mental health
  • Miscellaneous (search warrants, subpoenas and also BMV title requests)
